1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website rankova.io ("Site") or engaging Rankova ("Company", "we", "us") for marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Rankova provides performance marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Google Ads campaign management (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads campaign management (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Analytics setup and reporting (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager)
  • Landing page consultation and CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
  • Free advertising audit (PDF report)

The scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any paid engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties.

3. Free Audit

Submitting a form on our website constitutes a request for a free consultation and/or audit. This does not create any binding service agreement. The free audit is provided at our sole discretion and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any request.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit false or misleading information via any form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without written consent

Case studies and performance metrics shown on the Site represent results achieved for specific clients under specific conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Actual results will vary based on advertising budget, market conditions, industry, competition, and other factors outside our control.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Site integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Facebook Pixel, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rankova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Rankova in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For clients in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection laws shall also apply.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
